Responsive Repairs, Voids & Planned Investment Works
Location: North East of England
Esh Facilities has secured a 10-year framework to provide responsive repairs and maintenance works to tenanted and residential care properties across the North East.
Esh Facilities work with Accent to identify residents with vulnerabilities such as hearing and special needs. Our resident liaison officers ensure all residents are fully informed and understand the works to be completed. Advance visits are held 14 days and 48 hours before commencement to ensure both residents and work areas are prepared.
Planned Maintenance to UK Private Banking Market
The provision of minor works and projects to the UK Banking industry including involves planned preventive maintenance, asset replacement, planned works and minor works.
This contract services over 600 properties across the United Kingdom. Properties vary in size and function including business banking units, residential lettings above properties, mobile disaster recovery sites and new flagship, rural, high street, shopping centres and listed building branches.
Newcastle University Measure Term Works
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Esh Facilities provides a range of repairs, maintenance and improvements for over 100 buildings both on and off campus.
Minor works projects have included the refurbishment of the University’s Medical School, various student accommodation blocks, teaching spaces, laboratories, library, landscaping at two road junctions and external flood defence works. Throughout Esh Facilities mitigated potential impact on the staff and student’s learning experience and the historical significance of several buildings across campus.
Preventative Maintenance, Voids and Reactive Repairs
Location: Teesside, Durham & Northumberland
Properties covered by the contract include general housing; three and four story apartment blocks, sheltered housing schemes and some commercial units.
Part of this includes replacing kitchens, bathrooms, windows, external doors and roofs on a routine basis and out of hours emergency repairs. As part of the project execution plan, Esh Facilities use hand held technology and planning software to manage and execute responsive repairs high levels of efficiency and smooth delivery.
Reactive and Planned Maintenance
The provision of 24/7 365 reactive and planned maintenance to the University campus, employing multiple trade disciplines including building fabric, plumbing and electrical trades.
Esh Facilities currently service all the University of Leeds’ residential and commercial properties both on and off main campus; and their farm research facilities in Tadcaster.
The largest project to date involved the complete refurbishment and electrical upgrade of the en suite showers and communal kitchens to a hall of residence. All works were carried out during the summer holidays to minimise disruption to students and University staff.
Measure Term Works Contract
Location: West Yorkshire
Esh Facilities has secured the planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and associated minor works to the West Yorkshire Police Authority estate.
Esh Facilities support a varied building stock of over 200 buildings spread across 780 square miles. The premises are located throughout the Force Operational Area, which range widely in terms of physical condition, density and age; with 12 of the largest police premises ranging from 4000m2 to 8200m2. Buildings are predominantly office facilities but also include specialist communication rooms, custody suites, laboratories, data centres and training facilities.
