Leeds Force chief executive, Mark Mills, said: “As we continue to improve our position in the league it is great to know we have the backing of a great company like Esh Group. The partnership goes beyond a simple sponsorship deal and sees both teams working together on making a difference in the community.”
Esh Group is extending its relationship with basketball; the company is the current title partners of the most successful franchise in BBL history, the Esh Group Eagles Newcastle.
The company provides support for young people through a variety of schemes. In the last year, over 9,000 students at schools across the North benefitted from the ‘Building My Skills’ programme. It also operates an apprentice scheme, and over 12% of its workforce are apprentices. Esh Group inspires children into the construction industry by providing STEM kits to primary schools.
Esh Group directly employs over 1,000 people in everything from civil engineering and building to commercial and residential property development.
Leeds Force share our commitment to supporting the local community and ambition to grow participation in the sport. Esh Group has grown in Yorkshire, and I am sure that the relationship with Leeds Force has supported the development of the brand in this key market.- Brian Manning, Chief Executive
