Esh Construction appointed to LHC Public Buildings framework

The four-year framework will include new build, infrastructure and refurbishment works.

Esh Construction has secured its place on a framework to deliver new build, infrastructure and refurbishment works for the public sector with project values worth up to £14 million.

The Public Buildings Construction and Infrastructure Framework (PB3) from LHC is a four-year agreement ending in September 2025.

Esh has been appointed to Lot 3 New Build and Refurbishment which covers project values between £2 million and £7 million, as well as Lot 4 New Build, Refurbishment, and Infrastructure for projects between £7 million and £14 million across Yorkshire and the Humber and North East England.

Alistair Gill, Pre-Construction Director at Esh Construction, said: “Securing a place on this framework is a great achievement for Esh and will aid our growth plans across both the North East and Yorkshire regions.

“We look forward to working alongside LHC and its local authority partners to deliver vital projects for our local communities. Through our ‘Constructing Local’ strategy we will procure local, employ local and support local initiatives, ensuring we leave a lasting legacy in the areas we work.”

The new framework is a successor to the Schools and Community Buildings Framework which has been widened to include construction and refurbishment of emergency service, health care and community buildings. It will also be utilised for residential properties within mixed-use developments, student accommodation and conversion of commercial buildings for residential use.
