Site Manager - New Build - (Closing date - 31/08/2022)

Overall Objective: 

To ensure that the overall construction process is effectively, safely and efficiently managed. 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of projects to agreed timescales, within budget requirements and are to an exceptional quality standard
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations on site are adhered to always
  • Plan and coordinate resources to ensure site runs effectively and efficiently
  • Plan and coordinate all work for subcontractors
  • Feedback regularly to Construction Manager
  • Submit weekly timesheets to payroll
  • Ensure site employees are appropriately trained

Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years occupational experience
  • 5 Day SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • CSCS Card – desirable
  • Cat and Genny – desirable
  • Environmental Waste Management for Managers – desirable
  • Manual Handling – desirable
  • 5 days Site Managers – desirable
