On Thursday, 21st May, the Inspiring Females Awards will be held at Newcastle Civic Centre before the awards dinner on Saturday, 25th June at Wynyard Hall.
Darush Dodds, Head of Corporate Affairs at Esh Group, commented: “It’s important we celebrate the success and development of women in business across our region – apprentices to senior leaders – and the role they play in the ever-changing business landscape.”
This follows Esh Group providing an insightful presentation to attendees at last year’s Inspiring Females conference where over 170 female entrepreneurs attended the annual event, with Mr Dodds, participating as the events ‘Male Ally’.
The Inspiring Females Awards are open to businesses of all sizes, with categories including most inspiring employer, apprentice of the year and inspiring business leaders.
It’s very important we encourage more women to join the Construction sector. Events like this help to signify the importance and highlight the roles that are available.”
