Esh Construction has been announced as the headline sponsor for the 2020 Constructing Excellence Yorkshire & Humber Awards.

The awards, organised by the School of Built Environment, Engineering and Computing at Leeds Beckett University, recognise the best companies, collaborations and projects in the region.

Darush Dodds, head of Corporate Affairs at Esh Construction, said: “We are very proud to sponsor the Constructing Excellence Yorkshire & Humber Awards. It is crucial that we celebrate Yorkshire and Humber’s successful businesses and work together to attract further opportunities to our part of the world.”

A total of 13 awards will be presented at Royal Armouries in Leeds on Thursday, 9th July. The very best of the industry will be showcased, with the Building Project of the Year, Client of the Year, and Sustainability award among the achievements up for grabs.

The awards bring a focus to the most important issues in the construction sector and provide companies an opportunity to share industry best practice.

At last year’s event, Esh sponsored the Integration and Collaborative Working award.

Among our ongoing projects is the Ironworks build in Leeds city centre which has overseen the development of 68 new energy efficient homes in the South Bank regeneration area.

The closing date for entries is Friday, 24th April. The category shortlist will be announced on Tuesday, 26th May.
