Esh Build supports local Grimsby resident

Esh Build provides materials for local resident to construct a wheelchair access ramp.

Esh Build, the commercial build delivery arm of Esh Construction, has donated wooden pallets to a Grimsby resident to support him in building a wheelchair access ramp for his home.

Local resident, David Pease, contacted Esh Build after noticing construction works in the area. David’s wife is wheelchair reliant and in order to help her with access in and out of their property David is constructing a ramp out of pallets.

Esh Build is currently constructing a new 60 bed extra care facility for Places 4 People on Winchester Avenue, which is less than half a mile from David’s home, so when the request came in, it was something we were happy to help with.

Rob Snook, Site Manager at the scheme, worked with site teams to assure that all pallets that came to site were saved for David to make use of.

The pallets will be used to build a ramp and outdoor walkways so his wife can enjoy their garden. Any left over pallets will be used to build raised planters and a pond area.

Thank you to Esh Build who generously donated some pallets for my garden project to build a ramp and walkways for my disabled wife. This will enable her to get out and enjoy her garden. Thank you for your support!”
