Ceramic Tiler - (Closing date - 31/08/2022)
Overall Objective:
To work in and around existing occupied and refurbished properties undertaking various repairs and replacement works as directed by the Site Manager.
Key Accountabilities:
- To tile walls as instructed
- To grout walls as instructed
- Complete patch plastering
- Assist in any plastering related skills as required
- Attend regular toolbox talks as directed in order to build, refresh skills and knowledge e.g. asbestos awareness, manual handling
- Assist colleagues with other tasks as required
- Feedback on a regular basis any queries and/or concerns relating to job requirements
- Ensure tenants of occupied properties are treat with dignity and respect at all times

Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years occupational experience working in and around refurbished properties
- NVQ Level 1 & 2 qualification, or equivalent essential
- Time served – preferable
