Junior Graphic Designer - (Closing date - 18/10/2024)

A creative individual with the ability to think outside of the box is required to provide graphic design support to our corporate affairs team and colleagues across Esh Group. Applicable to applicants seeking an apprenticeship role. 

Overall Objective:

Provide graphic design assistance to the corporate affairs team members and colleagues from access Esh Group.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate on projects which include, but are not limited to, brand and sub brand promotion, company literature, bid documents, newsletters, adverts, policies, site and event materials and catalogues
  • Support Esh Group’s communications function through the production of digital branded assets for Esh Group’s website, social media channels and for internal communication purposes
  • Support Esh’s in-house print and reprographics function
  • Ensure that outputs have been proof read, spell checked, are accurate and of a high-quality
  • Media management including photo and video editing
  • Support on ideation and research of new projects
  • Work with suppliers and agencies to ensure the successful delivery of external design and print projects
  • Work with Esh Group clients and associated businesses to fulfil design related requests
  • Maintain the integrity of Esh Group’s brand at all times

Experience & Qualifications:

Applicants must have:

  • Experience of using Adobe Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign (essential)
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office based packages (essential)
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills (essential)
  • Experience of the production of branded assets (desirable)
  • Experience of social media and PR content creation (desirable)
  • The confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience / understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn & Twitter)
  • A qualification, or working towards a qualification in a relevant subject area (desirable)
