Quality Assistant - (Closing date - 23/10/2024)
Overall Objective:
To assist with the organisation, coordination and management of Quality Assurance within Esh Group.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work closely with Esh Group staff, clients, supply chain and associated businesses to ensure smooth coordination of training and development
- Scanning and storage of documents
- To maintain accurate records for all QA documents within field view and viewpoint
- Providing support within the HSEQ Department
- Assist in the development and maintenance of all relevant Management system including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001
- Assist the Quality Manager with office and site-based audits
- Ensuring monthly tasks are completed to meet deadlines
- Ensure professional communication at all times
- Conducting internal audits and inspections
- Collaborate with site management and construction teams to address QA issues and implement corrective actions
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Manage own time to achieve all targets are met

Experience & Qualifications:
- IT literate including knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Full valid UK driving licence desirable
