About the role:
We are recruiting a Scheduler to join our planning team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of infrastructure projects by managing and reporting programme data across multiple schemes. This role involves compiling End to End programmes, producing monthly dashboards, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting to meet client milestones. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and contributing to successful project outcomes.

What we will expect from you:
- Understands and promotes Health, Safety and Environmental responsibilities and their influence on project delivery
- Complies with Group HSE procedures when visiting sites or liaising with operational teams
- Demonstrates awareness of HSE best practice within construction environments
- Gathers programme information from project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
- Ensures all key reporting milestones and dependencies are accurate and regularly updated
- Works closely with planners to ensure consistency between project and framework-level reporting
- Delivers programme updates and reports within agreed timeframes and to the required quality standard
- Produces monthly reporting dashboards in Excel for each scheme, presenting progress and performance data
- Takes ownership of the monthly reporting cycle and ensures all submissions are issued on or before client reporting deadlines
- Can communicate programme related issues to the Client in various formats
- Builds strong working relationships with project teams, framework partners, and clients
- Communicates programme and reporting information clearly and confidently
- Participates in collaborative planning meetings and information-sharing sessions
- Represents the planning function positively and contributes to a culture of teamwork, reliability, and transparency
Qualifications:
- HNC/Degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not essential
- Experience in a project coordination, scheduling, or reporting role within construction or engineering is desirable
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel
- Competent user of Microsoft Project, or the desire and ability to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Full UK driving licence
