Reviving Land, building Brighter Futures
Esh Construction and believe housing have redeveloped a long-derelict site into a thriving community through an £11m project. Delivered via our bespoke land-led solution, the scheme delivered 96 high-quality new affordable homes at Seaside Lane, including rent-to-buy options.
The project was brought forward with funding Esh secured through Homes England’s Affordable Homes Programme, which enabled one of the North East’s largest housing associations to bring the site of the long-demolished Easington Working Men’s Club back into use by delivering a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom homes.
Seaside Lane in Easington stands as a shining example of how strategic land-led development and strong partnerships can deliver lasting benefits for local people.
