Esh Construction has partnered with Together Housing to deliver 65 affordable homes just three miles from Hull city centre.

Brought forward through our land-led solution and valued at £13.1 million, the development will provide 31 two-bedroom, 28 three-bedroom and six four-bedroom homes, each with private rear gardens and parking.

To increase the availability of affordable living options for those with accessibility needs and promote inclusive living, accessibility and adaptability standards will be adopted in 16 homes, including step-free access, increased circulation space, and potential for future adaptations.
