Overview
Energy-Efficient Living in Bradford
Esh Construction has partnered with Accent Housing to bring 73 new affordable homes to Ripleyville, redeveloping the former 1970s Ripleyville Estate following the demolition of over 160 flats and bungalows.
The development focusses on multi-generational living, offering a range of energy-efficient homes available for affordable rent. Properties range from smaller homes, targeted towards single people or couples, as well as houses up to five bedrooms, meeting the needs of larger families.
Designed using a ‘Fabric First’ approach, all homes will feature air source heat pumps and photovoltaic panels.
The scheme is being delivered as part of Accent’s Strategic Partnership with Homes England and has received a grant from the affordable housing programme 2021-2026.
