Community-first, Care-led Homes
A £15 million development of 128 high-quality affordable homes was delivered at Hummersea Hills in Loftus, thanks to strong collaboration between Esh Construction and Beyond Housing.
The scheme included a mix of houses, bungalows and apartments, as well as a standout supported living facility to create a vibrant new neighbourhood. “The View” was developed in partnership with Redcare and offered tailored care and support for eligible people in the Redcar and Cleveland area.
Our Social Value team provided more than 360 hours of apprentice training, employability workshops for local colleges and a £30,000 donation to support the creation of a community woodland walk.
