Comfort, Care and Connect at Greenfields
A £900,000 refurbishment project at Greenfield Court was the perfect Christmas present for residents of the retirement living scheme in Hull.
Esh Construction’s affordable housing division was commissioned by registered housing provider Riverside to improve accessibility, comfort, and independence for residents.
Internally, we delivered upgrades to communal areas, a new conservatory, internal scooter storage, and refreshed guest, laundry, and kitchen facilities, while footpaths, fencing and the scheme’s car park were all upgraded externally.
On completion, we donated tablets to help residents stay connected, reinforcing the project's commitment to wellbeing and community as Greenfield Court now offers a brighter, more inclusive environment for later living.
