Gentoo Refurbishment Framework

Across Sunderland, Esh Construction’s affordable housing division is delivering essential home improvement works as part of Gentoo’s long-term ‘Gentogether’ framework.

The scheme involves modernisation works to thousands of homes in the city through the next decade as the £170 million strategic partnership seeks to improve living standards for residents. Works include new kitchens, bathrooms, and full electrical rewires, with residents actively involved in design choices.

Esh is one of three appointed contractors, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality upgrades. £36.5 million will be invested in the first phase of the partnership to enhance up to 3,000 homes.
