Since then, she has championed several initiatives to transform the customer care process, significantly improving customer satisfaction levels across the business.
Now taking on a more proactive and collaborative approach, Lynsey has played a pivotal role in helping Homes by Esh achieve its highest ever ‘recommend a friend’ rating in 2024.
At Esh Group’s 2025 Group Get Together, Lynsey and her team were delighted to take home the ‘Exceptional Customer Service’ award – a testament to the team’s outstanding dedication to what they do.
