After joining Esh as an Assistant Site Manager in 2023, Libby Hodgkin has since been promoted to Site Manager whilst working on Esh’s affordable housing site at Kedward Avenue in Middlesbrough.
With a background in bricklaying and a passion for progression, Libby is already looking ahead to her goal of becoming a Contracts Manager. Her promotion has given her the confidence to use the skills and knowledge that she has built up over the years. Knowing that she has contributed to the process from beginning to end, Libby finds it fulfilling to witness the transformation of a site into new homes for future residents.
Libby is a positive role model for other women wanting to start their career in the construction industry, acknowledging that although it is hard work, the end result is extremely rewarding.
