As an Assistant Technical Manager at Esh Construction, Anna Capps supports the technical delivery of projects, working closely with project teams to coordinate design and ensure schemes progress smoothly.
Anna has built her career with Esh alongside five years of part-time study, progressing from Trainee Technical Manager to her current role while completing her BSc (Hons) Construction Management degree at Leeds Beckett University.
Her hard work has been recognised with a First-Class Honours and the CIOB Certificate of Excellence for Outstanding Achievement, awarded to the top-performing student on the programme.
When asked about her career at Esh so far, Anna said:
I’ve really enjoyed building my career with Esh and have had the opportunity to learn and develop at every stage. Combining work with my degree has allowed me to put what I’ve learnt into practice, while gaining experience and learning from the people around me. Esh has been incredibly supportive throughout my career and my studies. My managers and colleagues have always encouraged me and given me opportunities to take on new challenges, which has helped me develop my confidence, knowledge and skills. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and I’m looking forward to continuing to learn and develop at Esh.
