After a distinguished 26-year military career, Andrew transitioned to civilian life by joining Esh Group in April 2024. Now working as a HSEQ Advisor, he supports project teams across all sectors.
His role spans site inspections, audits, incident investigations and hazard awareness to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation – all with the goal of making sure every employee goes home safe each day.
