Esh Group has been recognised as one of the top-performing private businesses in the UK Best Managed Companies 2026 awards.
The programme – an initiative of Deloitte Private – celebrates privately-owned companies for their organisational success and contributions to their industry and the economy.
It marks the second year that Esh Group has been named as a UK’s Best Managed Company having been independently assessed by judges based on four critical pillars: strategy, culture and commitment, capabilities and innovation, and governance and financial performance.
Esh Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Andy Radcliffe, commented: “Being recognised as one of the UK’s Best Managed Companies for the second-year running is a proud moment for Esh Group. Across all areas of the business, our people continue to work incredibly hard to execute our strategy, and receiving this recognition from an independent programme is a strong endorsement of both our approach and the strides we are making towards the long-term vision for the group.”
The Best Managed Companies programme was established in 1993 in Canada and has become the most significant business award of its kind. The programme is active in 48 countries in the Americas, Europe and Australasia, and is launching across Africa.
Claire Evans, Deloitte Private partner and UK Best Managed Companies leader, said: “The Best Managed Companies programme celebrates the passion, resilience, and focus on sustainable growth that are hallmarks of the UK’s leading private businesses.
“These businesses are purpose-driven, disciplined, and industry-leading. They are confidently navigating the future and setting an inspiring standard for success among private businesses in the UK.”
