A work placement is a short-term opportunity for students or individuals to gain real-life experience in the construction industry. It gives you a taste of what it’s like to work on-site or in an office-based role.
We provide meaningful work placements that equip individuals with practical skills, build confidence and offer real-world insight into industry expectations.
Each year, we arrange more than 1,000 days of T Level, year-out and work experience placements across the North East, Tees Valley, and Yorkshire.
We’re proud to be the lead construction partner for the North East Institute of Technology – working together to ensure learners gain the skills our industry needs.
