About the role:
We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day construction of an extra care project in Bridlington. You will be responsible for managing the full construction process—ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, targets and budget requirements.

Head Office is in Leeds, role is currently site based in Bridlington.
What we will expect from you:
- Ensure the delivery of projects to agreed timescales
- Ensure the delivery of projects are within budget requirements
- Ensure the delivery of projects to an exceptional quality standard
- Ensure H&S on site is adhered to at all times
- Plan and coordinate resources to ensure site runs effectively and efficiently
- Plan and coordinate all work for subcontractors
- Feedback regularly to Contracts Manager on New Build matters
- Submit weekly timesheets to payroll – where applicable
- Ensure site employees are appropriately trained

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years occupational experience
- 5 Day SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS Card
- Cat & Genny (desirable)
- Environmental Waste Management for Managers (desirable)
- Manual Handling (desirable)
