About the role:
To work in and around existing occupied/ refurbished properties undertaking various repairs and replacement works as directed by the Site Manager.
Location:
Base location is Bowburn, currently to work in Sunderland area
What we will expect from you:
- To undertake 2 coat plastering tasks
- To complete full skims as required
- To complete rendering work as required
- To complete dot and dab – plasterboard
- To complete patch plastering as required
- To attend toolbox talks as directed to build /refresh skills and knowledge e.g. asbestos awareness, manual handling
- To assist colleagues with other tasks as required
- To feedback on a regular basis any queries/ concerns relating to job requirements
- To ensure tenants of occupied properties are treat with dignity and respect at all times
- The Group is committed to achieving a high standard of Health and Safety in all its activities and the post holder will be expected to contribute to maintaining standards to ensure compliance with all appropriate legislation
- To take a full role in the implementation of personal development through appraisals and to participate in any identified training or development opportunities

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s 9 - 4 or equivalent including maths and English desirable
- Full valid UK driving licence desirable
