Senior Estimator

About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Estimator to prepare and produce accurate estimates for a wide range of tenders, contracts, and sub contract works. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical information to support informed decision making.

What we will expect from you:

• Present accurate estimates to Senior Management for settlement on a timely basis
• Prepare and produce sub-contractor packages for specialist work within required timescales
• Anticipate and identify risks and opportunities within the tender process
• Provide regular feedback to the estimating team on progress
• Flexible time keeping
• Ensure workload is planned to meet client deadlines
• Be able to build up estimates based on first principals
• Liaise and work effectively with team members

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years occupational experience
• Experience of causeway estimating packages an advantage but not essential
