About the role:
We are seeking a proactive, highly organised individual to provide maternity cover within our Bid Management team. This is a varied and rewarding position, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a positive, adaptable approach.
This is a fixed-term position, and we welcome both part-time and full-time applications. There is potential for the role to become permanent upon completion of the fixed-term contract
We do not expect candidates to have prior experience in every aspect of the role — full training and support will be provided. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your attention to detail, and your ability to work collaboratively in a busy environment.

What we will expect from you:
Tender & PQQ Support
- Downloading tender documents from online portals and distributing them to relevant colleagues
- Helping maintain tender logs, trackers, and document lists to ensure information is accurate and up to date
Bid Coordination
- Assisting in the preparation of high-quality bid documents using existing templates
- Helping to ensure all work meets required standards for accuracy, clarity, and presentation
Document Production
- Supporting tasks such as printing, organising and assembling submission documents
- Formatting bid materials provided by others in Word, Excel or PowerPoint
Internal Communication
- Building positive working relationships and contributing to a supportive team environment
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft word
- Confidence using other Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook etc)

- Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Is reliable, approachable, and adaptable
- Has a “can do” attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks

- Remains calm and organised when handling multiple tasks
- Full Clean Driving licence
Desirable (but not required) -
- Experience working in a busy office or supporting project-based teams
- Familiarity with document formatting or bid preparation
