Control of all day to day activities on civil engineering schemes valued between £0.5 m to £ 5 m. Responsible for one single site, reporting to Contracts Manager or part of a team on a larger project.

Carry out general construction work, ensuring it meets the clients expectations, and Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.

To ensure all design information is received, understood, co-ordinated and managed. Assist the delivery team in creating and implementing design management procedures for live construction projects and help to develop the most appropriate methods of construction.

This position will ideally suit a candidate that wants to develop a career in new homes house sales. Training will be given to the successful candidate to fulfil the onsite sales role on one of our exclusive housing schemes. The role is varied and would suit a committed out going individual who is able to adapt to a varied number of tasks. You must be able to motivate yourself as the role is often working alone. You will be paid a basic salary, a mileage contribution and sales commission on the houses you sell.
