The 50,500 ft2 state of the art distribution warehouse is situated in the flagship 110-acre development in the Leeds city region enterprise zone by junction 45 of the M1. The facility was created for John Lewis to service online orders for home delivery.

Logic Leeds 2 is part of a 110-acre mixed use development site within the Aire Valley Enterprise zone which provides high quality manufacturing and industrial warehouse units. The enterprise zone is in a prime strategic location as it is just minutes from the city centre and the national motorway network.

The facility was created to allow John Lewis to service orders both online and for the York branch and some to be superstore in Leeds which will be one of the biggest stores outside of London at 252,000sqft.
