On the day of the interview, it is important that you consider how you present yourself-in person. How you are dressed can impact the whole tone of an interview and an interviewer visual of you as a potential employee. The STAR method is a great way to structure your interview answers to demonstrate your skills, abilities and achievements as well as backing up with evidence. STAR stands for:

Situation – What was the decision you had to deal with?
Task –What was the task you were given?
Actions –What did you do to address the problem or situation?
Result – What was the result of your actions?
