Various installations, fixtures and fittings have a specific life-cycle – for instance, for housing associations it might be six years for windows and ten for kitchens. It is their maintenance and replacement that we are appointed to plan for and look after here at Esh Group through Esh Property Services and Esh Border Construction, as well as on behalf of Housing Associations etc.
Once appointed, we will use asset management plans to create specific planned maintenance folders for the client’s individual sites. After each visit, rest assured that we will report back on what work has been carried out and highlight any concerns that we have found.
To monitor progress when it comes to our planned maintenance schedules, we will also carry out joint inspections with clients and meet monthly to discuss progress and then develop the service.
