Working in partnership with Deerness Valley School and support agencies in the wider community, students and those seeking to 'get back on track', can learn about the skills sought by business and industry in general and the range of careers available within the construction sector, specifically. After each three week course, up to 20 successful students are offered permanent positions within the Group.
