The project involved carrying out a variety of Hard and Soft Landscaping Works to the new student accommodation situated in the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne.

The hard landscaping works included block paving, laying pin/road kerbs, car park construction, drainage and ducting and the construction of manholes.

The soft landscaping works included turfing, seeding, planting, muck shifting, site clearance, topsoil/subsoil and general maintenance works.

We worked to tight time constraints and in conjunction to the builder’s programme.
