An experienced project manager has been appointed to cement growth at facilities management specialist Esh Facilities.
15th March 2017
Kristian Cliff, who has more than twenty years’ experience in property and facilities, has joined the group at a time of increased growth.
The former Kier Group manager has already started working with Esh Facilities’ key clients – including a blue chip banking group.
“My role is in supporting relationship director Derek Murdie, managing our partnership with ISS and making sure clients get the first class service they’re accustomed to from Esh Facilities.
“I’m really looking forward to working with the team to build on Esh Facilities’ leading position in the market.”
Kristian, who also has experience working offshore, will be based out of Esh Facilities’ North East headquarters but will spend some of the working week in various parts of the UK.
The last 12 months have been strong for Esh Facilities as we’ve built on a strong portfolio of work across sectors.
Esh Facilities has progressed well particularly in the oil and gas industry where we’re in advanced talks with a number of high profile operators.
We already service clients such as international subsea umbilicals manufacturer Technip at its Tyneside facility.
Kristian’s appointment comes at a strategically important time to the business as we continue to increase our market share.- Stephen Leadbitter, Divisional Director
As part of the focus on oil and gas work, the Esh Facilities team will exhibit at the annual ‘Energy: a Balanced Future 2017’ conference on March 7 and 8 at Sage Gateshead, alongside global energy industry players.
Esh Facilities delivers reactive and planned facilities management services, including hard and soft facilities management and minor works.
