We work hard to make sure that our Health and Safety policies are well known, respected and implemented. In fact our policies set out the minimum standards we believe are acceptable – our aim is to work above these levels, continuously. By doing so we work to protect the health, safety and welfare of all our stakeholders – our customers, our suppliers and the general public – within all of the environments in which we operate.
We review our Policy at least annually and our dedicated team of Health & Safety Managers is constantly on the look out for changes in the law and any other available guidance to ensure that we are always up to date.
The companies within Esh Group vary in size and one of our great strengths is sharing good practice and information. Teamwork is the key to much of our success, therefore we are always alert to the potential for mishap and our pursuit of continual improvement involves everyone in the business.
We continue to take our responsibilities and duties very seriously. We are pleased to report that our efforts to reduce accident incidence and frequency rates across all Group companies are proving successful and are continuing to show improvement.
