Overall Objective

To provide comprehensive administrative support to the commercial team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Scanning and storage of documents.
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with a wide variety of queries.
  • Preparing reports.
  • Data input.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure professional communication always.
  • Complete the apprenticeship framework in line with individual learning plan.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A – C or equivalent including Maths and English desirable.
  • Full valid UK driving licence desirable.

  • Legible handwriting.
